- The innovative dropped clamp design of our frameset exposes more seatpost for increased deflection, but we understand that "more" doesn't necessarily mean better. That's why the Pavé seatpost is specifically designed to control this deflection for the perfect amount of vertical compliance. When combined, these elements create our patented AfterShock technology, which, when paired with the Roubaix's rigid rear triangle, offers a smooth and efficient ride like no other.
