Description

The OPEN U.P. inspired a new generation of gravel bikes that could accommodate up to 2.1” tires, but the WI.DE. (Winding Detours) goes even further by fitting even larger tires while still using road cranks.

Its impressive traction from monster tires allows you to conquer the toughest terrains, while its performance geometry and narrow Q-factor ensure efficiency and maneuverability. 650b gravel or mountain bike tires up to 2.4”(61mm) let you conquer rutted singletrack, slippery roots, and loose rocks, while 700c gravel tires up to 46mm allow you to tackle the toughest gravel roads with lightning speed.

For the most comfortable road bike ever designed, use 700c road tires (recommended 35-40mm wide). The WI.DE. takes things to the next level by dropping both chainstays, creating a highly efficient box structure just behind the bottom bracket. This results in increased BB stiffness and reduced weight.
